Dr. Ellen Ellsworth
Dr. Ellsworth has been in practice since 1991. She is a native of Lake County and a graduate of Mentor High. Dr Ellsworth has bachelor degrees in Biology and Animal Behavior from Hiram College, where she graduated with honors. Her optometry degree is from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.
Dr. Ellsworth is a member of the Cleveland Optometric Association, The Ohio Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. She is a presenter for the REAL EYES program, going into local schools to teach students about the eyes and eye health.
Outside of the practice, Dr Ellsworth is involved in her church, serving on various committees. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, downhill skiing ,and cross-country skiing and working in the garden.
Amanda , Receptionist
Amanda is the friendly face at the front desk . She will help you schedule your appointments and look into your insurance coverage .
Michelle, optometric tech
Michelle can answer many of the questions you will have in the office . She can help you select eyewear and get your contacts order .
